The Mongolian Stock Exchange organized a trial trading involving parties interested in buying and selling coal.

During the session, the seller offered two batches of coal, totaling 12,800 tonnes, at 1,150 yuan per tonne, and in one transaction, two batches of coal were sold for a total value of 16,512,000 yuan at 1,290 yuan per tonne. This represents a 12.2% increase from the initial price of 1,150 yuan.

In the first round, 12,800 tonnes of coking coal from “Mongolian Mining Corporation” were traded at a price of 1,290 yuan per tonne, according to the CEO of the company’s Twitter account. Mongolia also plans to sell base metals such as copper and iron ore through the stock exchange.
